The apartments are large in size, each equipped with a comfortable living room, kitchen complete with all appliances, generously sized bathrooms with washing machine and linen, large external windows and at least one balcony to have the possibility of going outdoors despite being in Town center.

All appliances, air conditioning systems and the heat pump are powered by a photovoltaic system of approximately 10kw.

The use of some of the most advanced home automation solutions on the market makes guests completely autonomous in all check-in and check-out operations.

The location is perfect for those who want to move easily both within the city of Termoli and towards the port and the beach. The apartments are about 150m from the beach, about 200m from Corso Nazionale, about 250m from the station and about 500m from the port.
