SEA AND MOUNTAIN
Molise has vast areas of uncontaminated greenery, plains, mountains and coastal coasts.
Termoli, specifically, is also the only port active all year round for connections to the Tremiti Islands.

Sea
Molise is a small region with only 35 km of coastline.
Despite this, it is a destination for important seaside tourism due to the beaches capable of satisfying both lovers of sandy coasts and those who prefer stones and pebbles with waters that descend gradually, thus making them pleasant even for families with children.
The most important and renowned beaches are precisely those of Termoli which has a coastline of over 10km which extends north and south of the city.
To the south, the first beach you come across is Rio Vivo, followed by the entire area of Campomarino Lido, a small municipality but very heterogeneous in its composition of hills and sandy coasts, from Mediterranean scrub to dunes right next to the coast.
To the north of the city of Termoli, however, the beaches follow one another uninterruptedly: Marina di Montenero, wild and almost uncontaminated, Petacciato Marina, with its crystal clear sea and unforgettable colours, up to the beach of Sant'Antonio which ends right in the heart of the city at close to the ancient village.
Staying in one of our apartments allows you to enjoy a privileged position to reach the city beaches.

Mountain
Mountain tourism in Molise is less developed than seaside tourism but the region is still much appreciated by lovers of an environment that is still green, pure, uncontaminated and with mountain massifs that occupy most of the territory.
In winter, towards the inland areas, it is possible to practice mountain sports on skis, especially in the Campitello Matese area, where the slopes reach 22 km in length with 7 ski lifts.
The highest peaks exceed 1800 meters and, although not comparable to more famous mountains, still offer the possibility of having fun.
In summer, however, it is possible to appreciate the wealth of paths and breathtaking views interspersed with fresh waterfalls, among the most famous of which are the Paradiso, Carpinone and Schioppo waterfalls.
The region lends itself therefore to tourism that is distributed throughout the year and which does not disappoint nature lovers with mountains, woods, streams and green panoramas.
